Job Overview

In the role of a sales consultant, you will be the frontline representative in customer service. Clients will rely on you to fulfill their requests and provide tailored services that align with their needs. Your responsibilities will include offering services and support both in person and through telephone or online communication. Additionally, you will manage client records, ensuring that returning clients receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding service to clients
  • Assess client needs and suggest products or solutions that best meet those needs
  • Follow up promptly with prospects to address any inquiries
  • Communicate effectively with clients and prospects
  • Maintain current licenses and credentials
  • Build meaningful relationships with clients to foster trust and brand loyalty
  • Achieve sales targets and objectives set by management
  • Enhance sales skills and knowledge to improve success rates
  • Become a knowledgeable resource in the insurance sector
  • Accurately document and maintain interactions with clients and prospects in the designated CRM system
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • A STRONG COMMITMENT TO SERVING SENIORS IS ESSENTIAL
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Exceptional customer service, presentation, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment
  • Proficient computer skills and familiarity with MS Office
  • Previous experience in insurance or finance is preferred, but training is available for the right candidate
