Job Summary:

As a Media Marketing Executive at Gray Television, Inc., you will work closely with local businesses to develop and execute dynamic marketing campaigns that drive results. Our goal is to become an extension of our clients' staff, helping them grow their business through innovative marketing strategies and solutions.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and present customized marketing solutions to clients, leveraging our broadcast and digital platforms to achieve their goals.
  • Conduct thorough needs analyses and account reviews to understand clients' objectives and develop targeted marketing strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and product knowledge to effectively communicate the value of our services to clients.
  • Negotiate with clients to ensure a winning return on investment for their marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create and deliver high-quality marketing materials, including presentations and written reports.
  • Meet or exceed sales goals and budgets, while maintaining a strong understanding of our CRM system and its applications.

Requirements:

  • No prior sales experience is required, but a strong background in marketing or a related field is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • A team player with a creative and flexible approach, able to adapt to changing industry trends and client needs.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
