The Branch Operations Manager will collaborate closely with the Regional Manager and office staff.

The ideal candidate will oversee the management, supervision, and daily operations of the branch, ensuring timely and professional resolution of customer issues.

This proactive Manager will coordinate and schedule a team of field service technicians within a fast-paced service environment in the HVAC sector.

The role entails maintaining an organized workflow, utilizing company resources to address customer inquiries, and achieving revenue targets.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruit, select, orient, and train office staff.
  • Oversee installation and service dispatch teams, service agreement teams, and sales lead coordination to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Plan, prepare, and supervise work schedules while coordinating daily tasks to meet business needs.
  • Ensure adherence to dispatch procedures and timely processing of work orders.
  • Address customer complaints and inquiries effectively.
  • Complete all administrative tasks accurately.
  • Manage incoming communications and collaborate with the sales team to generate sales orders.
  • Coordinate scheduling for sales consultations and installations.
  • Assist customers with financing applications.
  • Provide necessary job details to installers and electricians.
  • Maintain the branch's professional appearance.
  • Report metrics and data to management.
  • Motivate the team to achieve or exceed their goals.

General Responsibilities:

Perform all tasks efficiently and safely, while remaining flexible and adaptable to departmental and organizational needs.

Represent Sila with professionalism, confidentiality, courtesy, fairness, integrity, and respect for all individuals.


Qualifications and Skills:
  • 3+ years of successful management experience.
  • 3+ years of customer service experience.
  • 2+ years of dispatch experience.
  • HVAC experience is highly preferred.
  • Strong desire to achieve both personal and professional goals.
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to adapt to flexible schedules based on workflow.
  • Experience in a customer-first environment.
  • Familiarity with Service Titan is a plus.
