Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Relations: Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing exceptional customer service, responding to their needs, and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Sales and Marketing: Develop and execute sales plans to meet or exceed sales targets, promote our products and services, and identify new business opportunities.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on our products and services, including their features, benefits, and warranty policies, to effectively communicate with customers and provide technical advice.
  • Administrative Tasks: Manage daily paperwork, process transactions, and maintain accurate records to ensure efficient operations.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Store Manager and Regional Manager to develop territory sales plans, share best practices, and achieve business objectives.
Requirements
  • Experience: Six months of experience in heavy duty sales (counter or outside) or a related field.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Skills: Excellent customer service and communication skills, reliable, organized, and detail-oriented.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift 50 lbs, team lift, and/or move up to 100 lbs.
