We are seeking a highly analytical Affiliate Account Manager to establish, grow, and manage our affiliate marketing channel.

This role requires a strong understanding of affiliate tracking models, tools, and platforms, as well as experience with CPA, CPC, CPL, and CPM payment models.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing or equivalent business experience, with 3-5 years of experience in the affiliate marketing channel and proven results.

Responsibilities will include managing all aspects of affiliate marketing campaigns, identifying and building partnerships with lead aggregators, marketing agencies, and other affiliate partners, and analyzing campaigns to ensure pricing structure is within targeted spend goals.

We offer a competitive compensation package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, company-paid life insurance, 401(k) with a generous employer match, and additional benefits.

Key qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or equivalent business experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in the affiliate marketing channel with proven results
  • Ability to manage and understand all methods to assess marketing and business goals
  • Experience with CPA, CPC, CPL, and CPM payment models
  • A clear understanding of affiliate tracking models, tools, and platforms
  • Strong analytical skills to make fact-based decisions
  • Previous online media buying experience

Salary: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year. Growth Plan Bonus Structure.
