Job Title: Senior Vice President of Business Development

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Vice President of Business Development to join our team at Nashville. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the formation and execution of our acquisition and development strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a sound acquisition and development plan to achieve short and long-term growth and profit objectives.
  • Analyze deal dynamics quickly to assess deals and make informed decisions.
  • Partner closely with Operations and VP of Integration to ensure successful transition of new deals.
  • Review and update market assessment and refine M&A strategy to achieve ambitious growth objectives.
  • Drive deal sourcing, due diligence processes, negotiation, and execution of strategic transactions.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of relevant healthcare business development experience.
  • Proven experience in all aspects of M&A process, including deal structuring, negotiation, execution, and closing.
  • Expertise in financial modeling, due diligence, and M&A.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and ability to establish trust with physicians.
