We are seeking a skilled Financial Planning Specialist to join our team at Atria Wealth Solutions. About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and evaluating client needs, developing comprehensive investment strategies, and implementing solutions that meet their objectives. You will work closely with our experienced team to stay up-to-date on market trends and regulations, ensuring that your clients receive the highest level of expertise and personalized attention. With a strong focus on customer satisfaction, you will strive to build trust and loyalty with each client, fostering a lifelong partnership that exceeds their expectations.

Your Responsibilities

* Identify and evaluate client needs for financial services
* Develop comprehensive investment strategies to meet client objectives
* Implement investment plans and solutions tailored to individual client needs
* Stay current on market conditions, regulatory updates, and industry trends
* Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional client service and support

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • A strong educational background in finance or a related field (Bachelor's degree or higher)
  • Active Series 7, 63/65 (or 66) licenses along with Life, Accident & Health licenses
  • Clean U-4 and Background checks
  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the financial services industry, preferably in a bank or credit union
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills necessary to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues

Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 per year
