We are looking for a talented Surgical Services Coordinator to join our team at TEKsystems. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of surgical procedures and patient care. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading healthcare organization in the Boston area and contribute to delivering exceptional patient outcomes.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2+ years of medical administration experience, with a focus on coordinating at surgery centers. A strong background in customer service and ability to multitask are essential for success in this role. Additionally, you must be comfortable submitting to medical screenings.

A typical day in this position involves working as an Administrative Coordinator for an oncology breast surgery clinic onsite in Boston, MA. You will be responsible for booking clinic visits with MDs and community sites, ensuring the efficient management of surgical procedures and patient care.

This is a Monday through Friday, 7:30AM - 4:00PM or 8:00AM - 4:30PM position, offering a competitive salary of $20-22 per hour (dependent on experience). If you are passionate about delivering exceptional patient care and possess excellent organizational skills, please consider this opportunity.
