Job Title: Sales Representative - Construction Services

Job Summary:

Pennhall Company Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for selling construction services by establishing and maintaining effective contact with potential buyers. You will plan, develop, coordinate, and manage onsite construction engineering activities for small projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Establish and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients
  • Plan, develop, and coordinate onsite construction engineering activities for small projects
  • Manage and coordinate with internal teams, including shop managers, mechanics, technicians, laborers, and administrative staff
  • Represent the company at industry associations and customer meetings
  • Meet with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of the construction industry and market trends
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales objectives
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor

Requirements:

  • 4-year business or technical degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Minimum 5 years of related construction experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable motor vehicle record
  • Ability to pass pre-employment and random screening for illegal substances

Working Conditions:

The Sales Representative will work in a fast-paced environment and will be required to travel to client sites and industry events. The position requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
