About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team at Wesco International. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Order Management: Obtain, create, and up-sell orders to meet customer needs and exceed sales targets.
  • Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive growth and expansion.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve sales processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular sales reports and analysis to management to inform business decisions.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Degree or Equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience: 2-4 years of sales experience in a business-to-business environment.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a team environment, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Personal Qualities: Proactive, results-driven, and able to work independently with general supervision.
