About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Insurance Account Representative to join our team at Dalton Cunningham - State Farm Agency Intern. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing leads, scheduling appointments, and identifying customer needs to market appropriate products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Generation and Appointment Scheduling: Develop and implement strategies to generate new leads and schedule appointments with potential customers.
  • Customer Needs Assessment: Identify customer needs and preferences to market relevant products and services.
  • Marketing and Sales: Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals, and maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
  • Team Collaboration: Work alongside your office's team to ensure successful long-lasting customer relations.
Requirements
  • Sales Experience: Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred.
  • Meeting Sales Goals: Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred.
  • Customer Relations: Ability to effectively relate to a customer.
  • License: Property & Casualty license.
