Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Sales Representative/Account Executive to join our team at Adcom Worldwide. As a leading provider of specialized services in the transportation industry, we offer a unique opportunity for a sales professional to grow and develop their skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers to drive sales growth and revenue.
  • Travel to appointments and meetings with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions.
  • Meet or exceed designated sales targets by creating and implementing effective sales strategies.
  • Document all leads, sales, and customer interactions to ensure accurate tracking and reporting.
  • Utilize knowledge of international and domestic freight forwarding to educate customers and provide expert advice.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
  • At least 3 years of experience in freight forwarding, transportation, logistics, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of international and domestic freight forwarding, including FTL, LTL, containerized freight, air and ocean freight, customs regulations, and incoterms.
  • Ability to provide detailed commission reports and a comparable portfolio.
  • Excellent customer service, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • A positive attitude and ability to be persistent.
  • Must have a clean background and be drug-free.
  • Must reside in the US and be able to legally work in the US.
