We are seeking a knowledgeable Senior Solutions Consultant focused on the Provider ecosystem to assist in acquiring new clients and expanding existing relationships. The ideal candidate will possess a combination of technical expertise, sales proficiency, and a deep understanding of healthcare data. Key responsibilities include:

  • Driving revenue through impactful demonstrations and a thorough understanding of client use cases.
  • Validating the accuracy and value of our data assets, primarily utilizing SQL.
  • Collaborating with sales representatives as subject matter experts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Sales Executives to facilitate opportunity closure.
  • Exhibit healthcare experience in evaluating and analyzing metrics within our data sets.
  • Create data extracts using SQL and other analytical tools as necessary.
  • Investigate data sets for anomalies and trends.
  • Address unique client business challenges that may not have standard solutions within our offerings.
  • Communicate findings and analyses to clients and prospects in both virtual and in-person settings.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Medical Informatics, Economics, or Mathematics.
  • Experience with Medicare and/or Commercial Medical Claims and Prescription Claims data.
  • 2-10 years of experience in complex data management (experience with big data is a plus).
  • 2-10 years of experience in analyzing healthcare performance metrics.
  • Understanding of data requirements in the Provider ecosystem (Hospitals, Health Systems, Post-Acute care settings).
  • Familiarity with medical terminology (DRG, ICD, HCPCS/CPT, NDC).
  • Proficient in SQL (DataBricks preferred).
  • Advanced skills in Excel and data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Qlik.
  • Ability to articulate the significance of solutions to business needs.
  • Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Strong multitasking and prioritization skills.
  • Capability to present technical concepts to business audiences, both virtually and in person.
  • Exceptional critical thinking and analytical abilities.
  • Strong written, verbal, organizational, and project management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, or Solutions Consulting, particularly in healthcare.
  • Knowledge of Medical Economics or Healthcare Performance Indicators.
  • Familiarity with EMR/HMR data systems such as Cerner or Epic.
  • Prior experience with Hospitals, Health Systems, or Post-Acute care facilities.
  • Experience with CRM systems like Salesforce.
  • Additional programming experience in R or Python.
  • Experience with modern Data Analytics/Business Intelligence tools.
  • Ability to analyze and forecast trends in medical costs to support healthcare data sales cycles.
