Key Responsibilities:
The selected candidate will:
- Implement and manage third-party software solutions tailored for organizational needs.
- Collaborate effectively with vendors, product teams, and infrastructure experts.
- Deliver high-quality technical support for software applications and services.
- Contribute to the design of solutions that address business challenges, analyzing various options.
- Lead discussions on design strategies to tackle complex business issues.
- Conduct Third-party Risk Assessments and New Technology Evaluations.
- Draft Technical Design Documents and Architecture Diagrams.
- Develop and execute tests to ensure solutions meet user requirements.
- Maintain and enhance knowledge artifacts relevant to the role.
- Manage multiple projects and priorities efficiently.
- Engage in production support transition post-implementation of new solutions.
- Participate actively in Agile ceremonies and collaborate within Scrum teams.
- Adhere to compliance standards and security practices to bolster the organization’s security posture.
- Own and drive epics with minimal guidance, identifying gaps and opportunities for improvement.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of business applications within the relevant domain.
