Your Role:

The Healthcare Product Strategist will be instrumental in our Product team, driving sustained growth for the company. The ideal candidate will possess a background in product management and collaborate with various departments to develop innovative ideas from concept to execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with internal teams and clients to brainstorm new data, functionalities, and features for the products under your purview.
  • Evaluate ideas and present recommendations to leadership for prioritization, establishing a clear vision for your product line.
  • Manage and refine the product backlog effectively.
  • Define requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for product data, functionalities, and features.
  • Oversee the implementation process and ensure adherence to release timelines.
  • Support marketing and communication efforts for product launches.
  • Assess usage and adoption metrics for the products you manage.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, management, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in product management, ideally within the healthcare sector or with data-driven software products.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate across diverse stakeholder groups, including software engineers, analysts, and account executives.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the capacity to interpret data and trends, diagnose issues, and propose effective solutions.
  • Focus on business metrics, particularly revenue generated from individual products.
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality work on schedule.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional user experiences.
  • High energy, enthusiasm, and a commitment to driving company revenue and client satisfaction.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience with Mx and/or Rx claims data.
  • Experience in the Medical Device, Pharmaceutical, or Life Sciences industries.
