We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Client Services Representative to join our team at Canon Solutions America, Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our site.
Main Responsibilities- Provide prompt and accurate reproduction of all print requests, including reviewing electronic files for print readiness and performing quality control checks.
- Manage and oversee workflow and job balance between staff, ensuring tasks are completed within account SLA requirements.
- Communicate and train team members on changes to workflow or procedure, and ensure compliance with customer policies and protocols.
- Responsible for communicating with clients and staff, and may serve as the main point of contact for daily activity and participate in client meetings.
- Perform routine upkeep and basic maintenance of equipment, and record and track customer inquiries and fulfillment of requests.
We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual with excellent communication and customer service skills. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a customer service environment, good computer skills, and the ability to multitask and prioritize in order to meet deadlines.
The successful candidate will be able to work with minimal supervision, have a strong focus on providing good customer service, and be able to lift up to 50lbs. A valid driver's license and acceptable driving record are necessary, as the role may require driving between multiple client locations.
