Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Service Representative to join our team at VCA. As a key member of our client support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and their pets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service to clients and their pets, including greeting visitors, answering telephones, and guiding clients to exam rooms.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments, ensuring seamless communication with clients and our veterinary team.
  • Place outbound calls for follow-ups and reach out to prospective clients to build relationships and drive business growth.
  • Present and explain fees, including processing payments, and recommend products and services to meet client needs.
  • Manage medical records, charts, reports, and correspondence, ensuring accurate and timely documentation.
Requirements
  • At least one year of proven experience in customer-facing roles, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional service.
  • High School Diploma/GED or equivalent, with a focus on communication, problem-solving, and teamwork.
  • Excellent listening and communication skills, with the ability to empathize with clients and their pets.
  • Proven decision-making skills, with the ability to choose the most appropriate course of action in complex situations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a focus on Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Ability to work non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, with a willingness to adapt to changing business needs.
