Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and maintain a network of referral sources to generate new clients.
  2. Maintain and develop existing referral sources to increase sales of our services.
  3. Network with home care professionals to gain and maintain trust.
  4. Demonstrate creativity in lead generation and bring new ideas to the table.
  5. Be compassionate about the services we offer and maintain a professional business attitude at all times.
  6. Identify, build, and maintain relationships with new client referral sources.
  7. Prepare proposals and presentations using company marketing resources.
  8. Develop and conduct client sales presentations.
  9. Identify new opportunities within the community and meet with families and individuals who need our services.
  10. Facilitate the intake process by learning client needs and matching them with compatible caregivers.
  11. Visit clients to ensure they are well cared for.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented, independent, service-oriented, and self-motivated.
  • Ability to meet project deadlines and commitment to meeting sales goals.
  • Capable of making a strong first impression and handling rejections.
