Capture and Win Strategy Lead

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Specialist to join our team at Zermount, Inc. in Arlington, Virginia. This dynamic role offers a unique opportunity to drive business growth, build strong relationships with clients, and contribute to the success of our company.
In this position, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, collaborating with stakeholders, and developing winning strategies to meet customer needs.
Key responsibilities include:
- Identifying and qualifying new business opportunities in the cybersecurity market.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to develop comprehensive win strategies.
- Providing guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of related experience in Business Development, Capture Management, or Proposal Management.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, organizational abilities, and experience managing multiple simultaneous proposal efforts.
- Demonstrated experience managing capture efforts or a proven understanding of the customer's mission and associated technical domains.
Salary:
- $80,000 - $105,000 per year based on qualifications and experience.
- A generous benefits package, including medical, dental, vision plans, employer-paid life insurance, short-term disability, and 11 paid holidays.
