Overview
Dexis Consulting Group is a professional services firm that solves complex social challenges in high-risk environments. We are seeking a skilled Proposal and Capture Lead to join our team and drive business development efforts for our DPS Institutional Support Contracts (ISC) Division.

About the Role
This position involves proposal and capture management, Salesforce CRM administration, and strategic partnership building. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of U.S. Government business development specifically within the Department of State (DOS), USDA, and/or HHS. They should also have experience with Requests for Information (RFIs), Requests for Proposal (RFPs), and Task Order responses, as well as a proven track record in opportunity management, including identification and tracking.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage proposal development processes, including team management, pricing strategy development, writing, and after-action reviews for RFI's & RFPs.
- Collaborate with Dexis' Business Development Support Services (BDSS) and DPS leadership to identify and research viable opportunities, track trends, bid budget management, managing reports, and build partner relationships.
- Develop and maintain Salesforce CRM records, track DPS ISC opportunities, and ensure data accuracy.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and at least seven (7) years of relevant experience.
- Experience with U.S. Government business development specifically within the DOS, USDA, and/or HHS, proficiency with federal regulations (FAR, AIDAR, DFARS), strong understanding of cost and pricing strategies, strong writing and interpersonal skills, and independent work capability.

Compensation
$100,000 - $115,000 USD per year.
