Account Growth Manager

Marathon Electric is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Growth Manager to lead our sales efforts in the generators industry. This role offers an excellent opportunity for career growth and professional development.
Responsibilities- Oversight of complete sales process, including account management responsibilities, customer engagement, and sales strategy execution.
- Identifying and negotiating new business opportunities, enhancing profitable sales growth for Marathon within key accounts.
- Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including customer service, application engineering, and product management, to ensure overall customer satisfaction.
- Execution of sales growth plans, contributing to revenue targets and return on investment (ROIC).
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of relevant experience; 3+ years industry sales experience.
- Strong presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.
- High level of personal initiative and ownership of results.
- Experience with Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience.
