Key Responsibilities
  • Initial order intake processing and preparation for order entry staff
  • Coordinate production schedule priorities and manage order changes with production operations
  • Resolve discrepancies and exercise discretion on applying credits to customers
  • Proactively follow up with customers on open issues
  • Monitor orders and procedures for compliance with customer-specific service agreements

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Minimum 2-4 years of customer service experience in a manufacturing or distribution operation
  • Post-high school education required, bachelor's degree preferred
  • Superior interpersonal communication skills and ability to anticipate customer needs
