About the Job

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Patient Account Representative to join our team at North Central Health Care.

This part-time role requires 20 hours of work per week with a rotating schedule between Monday and Friday from 8:00am to 4:30pm.

The estimated salary for this position is $18.90 - $20.94 based on education and experience, which includes comprehensive benefits such as life insurance, accident insurance, and hospital insurance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process patient payments and apply them to client accounts in a timely manner.
  • Reconcile daily cash receipts and manage deposits accordingly.
  • Communicate effectively with patients and staff regarding account inquiries.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
  • Minimum one year of experience in a similar role within a healthcare setting.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel and other software applications.
