Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator/Logistics Support Specialist to join our team at Martin Brower. This role will provide administrative support to the transportation and warehouse departments, ensuring the efficient and safe execution of daily operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform a variety of administrative duties, including data entry, word processing, and spreadsheet applications, to support the smooth operation of the warehouse and transportation departments.
  • Load Diagramming: Create accurate and detailed load diagrams in Syntellic to optimize efficiency and safety in the transportation and warehouse processes.
  • Reporting and Data Analysis: Collect and prepare information for operational reports, analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with other employees to ensure the effective execution of business operations, fostering a collaborative and communicative work environment.
  • Order Processing and Delivery: Assist with processing orders, producing, and reconciling delivery documents, and tracking service performance.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or General Education Degree with 1 to 2 plus years of related experience.
  • Physical Demands: Occasionally required to lift/carry materials/product weighing up to 50 lbs.
