About the Role: We're seeking a Senior Manager, Technical Program Management to lead our AI and Machine Learning initiatives. This role will be responsible for delivering high-impact programs that drive business growth and improve customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead cross-functional teams to develop and implement AI and Machine Learning solutions
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define business requirements and technical roadmaps
  • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets
  • Ensure effective communication and stakeholder management throughout the project lifecycle
  • Identify and mitigate technical risks and issues
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in technical program management, with a focus on AI and Machine Learning
  • Strong technical background and experience with cloud computing, data-intensive solutions, and distributed systems
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
