Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Management Analyst to join our team at Serco North America. As a key member of our Post-Delivery Availability Management Team, you will provide programmatic support to the US Navy's VIRGINIA Class Submarine Program Office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide primary customer contact for certifying VIRGINIA Class Submarines
  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with program managers, deputy program managers, and other stakeholders
  • Lead program review sessions with customers to discuss cost, schedule, and technical performance
  • Provide acquisition management planning and execution support
  • Work with shipyards and other partners to ensure successful project delivery
  • Provide 3M, Maintenance, and Production coordination
  • Assist in identifying deficiencies and corrective actions to accomplish certification of the submarine during Post Shakedown Availability (PSA)
Requirements
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD secret clearance
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, finance, or related field
  • 7 years of experience in program/project management, with experience supporting a Navy customer in a business or financial capacity highly preferred
  • Ability to travel at least 10% of the time
Desired Qualifications
  • Current or active DoD Secret security clearance
  • Experience managing a staff
  • Active-duty experience in the submarine service is a plus
  • Professional first-hand knowledge and technical expertise with submarine new construction
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Outlook)
