This is a direct hire opportunity that offers a competitive pay package, including a base salary up to $165k, overtime potential, discretionary end-of-year bonus, 401k, and a premium benefits package.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage project scope, schedule, and budget during the development and execution phases.
  • Collaborate with multiple departments to develop project requirements and stakeholder needs.
  • Implement necessary changes to the project scope of work, deliverables, timelines, and resources through the construction phases.
  • Develop requests for proposals, bid scopes, estimating guidelines, project execution plans, scopes of work, deliverable lists, and schedule development and management.
  • Develop, track, and communicate detailed project plans to employees and clients effectively.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (highly preferred).
  • 10+ years' of experience as a Project Engineer or Project Manager (highly preferred).
  • Knowledgeable of the Stage/Phase-Gate Process.
  • Familiarity with industry rules, regulations, best practices, and performance standards.
