Job Summary:

Manage My Dream, LLC is seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Project Manager to lead and deliver complex IT projects with multiple teams and work streams coordinated to an aggressive delivery schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead cross-functional teams through the project lifecycle, ensuring successful completion of project phases.
  • Coordinate and communicate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
  • Develop and manage project plans, budgets, and schedules to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
  • Facilitate collaboration among technical teams, vendors, and consultants to execute projects.
  • Ensure adherence to client and company project management practices and governance requirements.
  • Manage project risks, issues, and changes to ensure minimal impact on project timelines and budgets.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including requirements, use cases, test plans, and test cases.
  • Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders and team members.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance project delivery and team efficiency.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in IT infrastructure delivery, including networking, physical plant, vendor management, and site provisioning.
  • PMP certification and experience in both Scaled Agile and Waterfall Project Management.
  • Experience managing large, complex projects with multiple teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with project management tools and software, including Microsoft Office Products.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • VITA certification.
  • Agile Scrum Master Certification or SAFe Scrum Master Certification.
  • Experience managing projects with high visibility and high stakes.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Management Information Systems, Project Management, or Finance/Business.
