We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Program Director to lead our Identity and Access Management (IAM) program. As a key member of our Enterprise Cybersecurity organization, you will be responsible for driving the delivery of IAM solutions and integrating with software and processes across the company.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the IAM program, defining and executing the technical vision and strategy to deliver business value.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, and design, to ensure seamless integration and delivery of IAM solutions.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, technical teams, and vendors.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks throughout the delivery lifecycle, ensuring the successful execution of IAM projects.
- Drive the adoption of best practices and standards for IAM, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Develop and manage the IAM program budget, ensuring effective resource allocation and optimization.
- Lead the development and implementation of IAM policies, procedures, and standards, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- At least 7 years of experience managing technical programs, with a strong background in IAM or related technologies.
- Proven track record of delivering complex technical programs, with a focus on business value and customer satisfaction.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Strong technical skills, with expertise in IAM, cybersecurity, and related technologies.
- Experience with Agile delivery methodologies and cloud computing services (AWS).
- Ability to simplify complex technical concepts and drive well-educated decisions across the organization.
- 7+ years of experience designing and building data-intensive solutions using distributed computing.
- 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity, with a focus on IAM and related technologies.
- 3+ years of experience building distributed systems and highly available services using cloud computing services and architecture (AWS).
- 3+ years of experience building highly scalable mobile products and platforms.
- 3+ years of experience with Agile delivery methodologies.
- 3+ years of experience delivering large and complex programs, with a focus on business value and customer satisfaction.
- 4+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management or Secrets Management.
- 4+ years of experience in building systems and solutions within a highly regulated environment.
- MBA or Master's Degree in a related technical field (Computer Science, Software Engineering).
