Key Responsibilities- Registration and Check-Out: Welcome guests, process registrations, and handle check-outs in a professional and friendly manner.
- PBX Operations: Answer phone calls, respond to guest inquiries, and provide accurate information in a timely manner.
- Mail and Message Service: Sort, distribute, and manage guest mail and messages in a secure and efficient manner.
- Guest Service: Provide personalized service to guests, anticipate their needs, and exceed their expectations.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including Reservations, Sales, Housekeeping, Bell Staff, and Valet, to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
- Education: High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
- Experience: Previous experience in a front desk or customer-facing role is preferred.
- Skills: Knowledge of hotel systems and operations, ability to enter information accurately, and strong communication skills.
- Availability: Flexible schedule, able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
