We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Representative to join our team at Kimpton Hotel. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience from check-in to check-out.

Key Responsibilities
  • Registration and Check-Out: Welcome guests, process registrations, and handle check-outs in a professional and friendly manner.
  • PBX Operations: Answer phone calls, respond to guest inquiries, and provide accurate information in a timely manner.
  • Mail and Message Service: Sort, distribute, and manage guest mail and messages in a secure and efficient manner.
  • Guest Service: Provide personalized service to guests, anticipate their needs, and exceed their expectations.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including Reservations, Sales, Housekeeping, Bell Staff, and Valet, to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a front desk or customer-facing role is preferred.
  • Skills: Knowledge of hotel systems and operations, ability to enter information accurately, and strong communication skills.
  • Availability: Flexible schedule, able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
