Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to healthcare professionals, including scheduling appointments and managing patient records.
- Respond to patient inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including demographic and medical information.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care and communication.
- Perform other administrative tasks as needed to support the efficient operation of the medical office.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- At least 1 year of experience in a front desk, reception, or general office setting.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
