Position Overview:
The Outside Sales Representative is tasked with generating new business by identifying and engaging quality customers to sell annual and multi-year maintenance agreements.

Key Responsibilities:
To excel in this role, the candidate must effectively manage the following responsibilities:

  • Master the entire maintenance sales process to achieve productivity and independence.
  • Exhibit strong sales capabilities along with financial and operational acumen to drive new business opportunities.
  • Qualify potential clients, schedule effective meetings, follow up on leads, and address inquiries and objections competently.
  • Identify customer needs to influence purchasing decisions and generate interest.
  • Understand the client's decision-making process, address concerns, and encourage timely decision-making.
  • Conduct thorough research on prospective clients to align solutions with their organizational needs.
  • Initiate cold calls and develop strategies to effectively reach decision-makers.
  • Manage quotes to secure sales and maintain an active list of pending quotes.
  • Understand market strategies and external market influences.
  • Communicate professionally and effectively in both verbal and written formats.

Qualifications:
Applicants should meet the following criteria:

  • A minimum of 2 years of Business-to-Business Outside Sales experience, specifically in selling service contracts or agreements.
  • A valid driver's license is required.

Compensation:
The base salary range for this position is between $62,000 and $70,000 per year, based on proven experience and proficiency. The complete compensation package includes a base salary, monthly vehicle allowance, and commission. First-year On Target Earnings (OTE) are projected to be between $85,000 and $95,000, with Year 2 OTE exceeding $100,000.

The final salary for the selected candidate will be determined based on various factors, including internal equity, experience, education, specialty, and training.
