We are seeking a skilled Regional Operations Manager to lead our Atlanta office, overseeing various aspects of business growth, field operations, and team management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a strategic business plan to enhance the company's presence in the Southeastern region.
- Lead recruitment efforts for the Arborist team, ensuring ongoing training and accountability for sales performance and marketing initiatives.
- Expand and manage the subcontractor outreach and acquisition program to strengthen service delivery.
- Maintain partnerships and ensure the safety and efficiency of subcontractor operations.
- Provide expert guidance to clients and team members in areas such as urban forestry, municipal arboriculture, and disaster recovery.
- Track and analyze key performance indicators to drive business success and exceed operational goals.
- Supervise the Administrative Assistant and manage office-related tasks.
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding project status, addressing any issues and proposing solutions.
- Represent the organization at various meetings, networking events, and industry conferences.
- Collaborate closely with the executive team, including the CEO and other key stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Required: ISA Certified Arborist certification.
- Required: Minimum of five years of relevant industry experience.
- Required: Valid driver's license and regional knowledge of plants and horticulture.
- Required: Strong interpersonal skills, self-motivated, organized, and proficient in computer use.
- Required: In-depth knowledge of tree care practices, hazard tree evaluation, and integrated pest management.
- Preferred: Relevant pesticide licenses and certifications as mandated by state regulations.
- Preferred: A degree in a related field from a two or four-year institution.
