HR Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:
- Support the HR department in various administrative and operational functions, ensuring seamless HR processes and a positive work environment.
- Assist in recruitment, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
- Maintain applicant tracking systems and update candidate records.
- Coordinate new hire orientation and onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new employees.
- Maintain and update employee records in HRIS, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assist with benefits enrollment and inquiries, helping employees understand their benefits options.
- Support compliance with labor laws and company policies, preparing HR reports and metrics as needed.
- Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures, supporting employee engagement initiatives and HR projects.
- Coordinate training sessions and employee development programs, tracking employee training records and certifications.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in HR or administrative support role.
- Strong understanding of HR principles and practices.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with experience with HRIS software a plus.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
