Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the HR department in various administrative and operational functions, ensuring seamless HR processes and a positive work environment.
  • Assist in recruitment, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
  • Maintain applicant tracking systems and update candidate records.
  • Coordinate new hire orientation and onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new employees.
  • Maintain and update employee records in HRIS, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Assist with benefits enrollment and inquiries, helping employees understand their benefits options.
  • Support compliance with labor laws and company policies, preparing HR reports and metrics as needed.
  • Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures, supporting employee engagement initiatives and HR projects.
  • Coordinate training sessions and employee development programs, tracking employee training records and certifications.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • 1-3 years of experience in HR or administrative support role.
  • Strong understanding of HR principles and practices.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with experience with HRIS software a plus.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
