Utilizing your knowledge, you will engage with healthcare professionals by conducting sales presentations and providing clinical support in surgical settings. - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 4-6 years of direct sales experience, with 2-4 years in the medical device sector preferred
- Experience in selling technology and/or capital equipment to various stakeholders within healthcare settings, including surgeons, nursing staff, administration, and facilities
- Demonstrated success in converting business at the surgeon or hospital level
- Proven track record of achieving sales quotas consistently
- Experience in leading and mentoring team members and new sales representatives
All field sales professionals must complete our credentialing process to gain access to healthcare facilities, which may include COVID-19 vaccination management.
