Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Associate Territory Manager to join our team at Top Candidate Search Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting our life-saving cardiac devices in the hospital setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase product adoption among physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals in the hospital setting.
  • Provide training and support to customers on the use and benefits of our products.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including physicians, nurses, and hospital administrators.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of sales experience in a strong B2B, pharmaceutical, or medical device setting.
  • At least 2 years of relevant clinical experience or Medical Device or relevant pharmaceutical field support.
  • Completed 4-year college degree.
  • Ability to travel within the territory, minimal to no overnights.
