Job Summary

Ayers Basement Systems is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Sales Representative to join our team. As a Territory Sales Representative, you will be responsible for providing foundation repair and basement waterproofing consults to homeowners in need.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive to potential customers' homes and conduct sales appointments to assess their needs and provide solutions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Write proposals for each customer account, including photographs, instructions, diagrams, pricing lists, and job worksheets.
  • Provide follow-up to customers by phone and revisit customers as necessary to ensure satisfaction with the sales process.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of successful in-home sales experience.
  • Ability to travel within a 90-minute radius daily for appointments.
  • Valid driver's license with insurability.
  • Regular and punctual attendance.
  • Proficient working with computer software.

Compensation Package
  • Uncapped commission.
