Territory Agronomy Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Agronomy Sales Manager to join our team at GPAC. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our presence in the crop input specialty market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet and exceed sales targets by developing and executing effective sales strategies
  • Recruit and manage a network of dealers to expand our reach and increase sales
  • Grow existing business by identifying new opportunities and building strong relationships with customers
  • Ensure accurate billing and payment processing
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of sales experience in the agribusiness/crop input industry with a proven track record of high-growth sales results
  • Existing book of business in the crop input specialty market
  • Bachelor's degree in Ag business, agronomy, marketing, or related field
Compensation and Benefits:
  • Competitive annual salary: $80,000 - $115,000
  • Bonus pay: 5% of margins
  • Uncapped commissions
  • Comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, vision, and 401(k) retirement plan
