Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Trainee. As a Customer Service Trainee, you will be responsible for working with our senior level sales and client support teams to develop your skills in sales and marketing, market analysis, client engagement, and customer support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategies to educate customers on exclusive promotions and product benefits.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify potential customers and maximize sales opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the sales, marketing, and quality control teams to meet business objectives and track performance standards.
  • Attend client meetings to gather feedback and improve promotional materials.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a client or customer-facing role.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
