We are looking for a Port Logistics Coordinator to join our team. This role will be responsible for coordinating the logistics of vessels in port, including ordering services such as pilots, tugs, and linesmen.

The ideal candidate will have prior customer service experience and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. A strong understanding of maritime regulations and procedures is essential for this role.

We offer a competitive salary of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team and develop your skills in a growing industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate logistics of vessels in port
  • Order services such as pilots, tugs, and linesmen
  • Verify successful filing of cargo import, entry, and export manifests
  • Maintain professional acumen and customer service mindset when dealing with stakeholders and industry relationships
