Business Development Representative

Federal Recycling and Waste Solutions is a leading independent recycling company with a rich history of helping customers recycle their waste and build sustainable operations.
We are seeking a talented Business Development Representative to join our team as we deliver innovative recycling and waste management solutions to our customers.
Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with commercial and industrial clients
- Prospect and close deals to increase program value and grow our client base
- Network and establish relationships with key contacts to attract potential clients
- Negotiate and close deals with clients to meet sales targets
- Manage financial responsibilities, including material volume and margins, by analyzing data and market trends
- Process sales transactions and develop strategic annual and monthly forecasts
- Demonstrate a solid understanding of our company's products and services
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as requested or required
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent business development experience
- Minimum of 2 years of business development experience in an industrial sector
- Strong background in negotiations and vendor management
- Ability to establish and foster relationships with key contacts
- Proficiency in MS Office, with strong Excel and Word experience
- Experience in CRM systems, such as HubSpot, is a plus
