Job Title: Business Development Representative

Federal Recycling and Waste Solutions is a leading independent recycling company with a rich history of helping customers recycle their waste and build sustainable operations.

We are seeking a talented Business Development Representative to join our team as we deliver innovative recycling and waste management solutions to our customers.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with commercial and industrial clients
  • Prospect and close deals to increase program value and grow our client base
  • Network and establish relationships with key contacts to attract potential clients
  • Negotiate and close deals with clients to meet sales targets
  • Manage financial responsibilities, including material volume and margins, by analyzing data and market trends
  • Process sales transactions and develop strategic annual and monthly forecasts
  • Demonstrate a solid understanding of our company's products and services
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as requested or required
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent business development experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of business development experience in an industrial sector
  • Strong background in negotiations and vendor management
  • Ability to establish and foster relationships with key contacts
  • Proficiency in MS Office, with strong Excel and Word experience
  • Experience in CRM systems, such as HubSpot, is a plus
