Please note that this role requires on-site presence and operates Monday through Friday, from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm. Candidates should be located within a reasonable commuting distance. Our firm conducts a thorough interview process, including scenario-based evaluations, to ensure the right fit for this position.

Compensation:

$120,000 Base Salary + Commissions

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engaging in meaningful discussions with potential clients and referral sources to illustrate how our legal services can assist them, whether in person, via phone, or through virtual meetings.
  • Maintaining ongoing communication with individuals considering elder law services to keep options open for future engagement.
  • Providing reassurance to potential clients about our firm's capabilities, demonstrating empathy, and detailing how we can enhance their lives.
  • Collaborating with marketing professionals within the firm to refine the marketing and sales processes, improving lead quality and volume, while offering constructive feedback based on firsthand experiences.
  • Proposing enhancements and implementing systems that streamline the sales process for efficiency and profitability.
  • Keeping detailed and organized records of client interactions within the CRM system.
  • Serving as the primary contact for new clients throughout the onboarding journey.
Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in high-end products or services, with a proven record of employing a consultative sales approach.
  • Education or work experience equivalent to a bachelor's degree in business, psychology, or communication is preferred.
  • Strong proficiency in consultative solutions selling.
  • Experience with CRM systems, particularly in reporting, is essential.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required, with a strong emphasis on Excel.
  • Familiarity with the legal sector is advantageous but not mandatory.
