Position Summary:

The primary goal of a Customer Care Specialist is to deliver outstanding customer service and resolve inquiries efficiently during the initial call (One Call Resolution) while maintaining professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service in a courteous manner.
  • Answer incoming calls promptly (target hold time under 1 minute).
  • Process cancellations and payments accurately.
  • Input data into the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
  • Create detailed contact logs and documentation.
  • Request service credits and refunds as necessary.
  • Schedule service requests and leads.
  • Assist with projects assigned by management.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of one year experience in a high-volume call center environment.
  • Understanding of customer service principles and practices.
  • Ability to multitask effectively (talking and typing simultaneously).
  • Team-oriented mindset.
  • Proficient in data entry and verbal communication; typing speed of 45 wpm or more.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with relevant computer applications.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Outstanding customer service, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
