Compensation:$120,000 Base Salary + Commissions
Key Responsibilities:- Engaging in significant discussions with prospective clients and referral sources to illustrate how our legal services can assist them, whether in person, via phone, or through virtual meetings.
- Maintaining ongoing communication with individuals considering elder law services to keep options available for when they are ready to proceed.
- Providing reassurance to potential clients about our firm's capabilities, demonstrating empathy, and clarifying how we can enhance their lives.
- Collaborating with marketing professionals within the firm to refine the marketing and sales processes, enhancing lead quality and volume, while offering constructive feedback based on firsthand experiences.
- Proposing enhancements and implementing systems that streamline the sales process efficiently and profitably.
- Keeping detailed and organized records of client interactions and information within the CRM system.
- Serving as the primary liaison for new clients throughout the onboarding experience.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably with luxury or high-end products and services, demonstrating a successful consultative sales approach.
- Education or work experience equivalent to a bachelor's degree in business, psychology, or communication is preferred.
- Strong aptitude and experience in consultative solution selling.
- Proficiency with CRM systems, particularly in reporting functionalities, is required.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite is essential, with a strong emphasis on Excel.
- Familiarity with the legal sector is advantageous but not mandatory.
