Position Overview

Nelson Elder Care Law is seeking a Sales Relationship Manager to enhance our growing law practice.

Please note that this position is not remote and operates on a schedule from Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm. Candidates should be within a reasonable commuting distance. Our firm employs a thorough interview process, including scenario-based evaluations, to ensure the best fit for this position.

Compensation:

$120,000 Base Salary + Commissions

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engaging in impactful discussions with prospective clients and referral sources to illustrate how our legal services can assist them, whether in person, via phone, or through virtual meetings.
  • Maintaining ongoing communication with individuals considering elder law services to ensure they feel supported and informed.
  • Reassuring potential clients of our capability to assist them, demonstrating empathy, and clarifying how we can enhance their lives.
  • Collaborating with marketing professionals within the firm to refine the marketing and sales process, enhancing lead quality and volume while providing constructive feedback based on real-world experiences.
  • Proposing enhancements and implementing systems that facilitate an efficient and profitable sales process.
  • Keeping detailed and organized records of client interactions and information within the CRM system.
  • Serving as the primary contact for new clients throughout the onboarding journey.
Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in sales, particularly in high-end products or services, with a proven track record of utilizing a consultative sales approach.
  • Education or experience equivalent to a bachelor's degree in business, psychology, or communication is preferred.
  • Strong skills and experience in consultative solutions selling.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, especially in reporting functionalities, is required.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite is essential, particularly advanced skills in Excel.
  • Familiarity with the legal sector is advantageous but not mandatory.
