Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for service inquiries in the field, ensuring adherence to established protocols.
  • Conduct thorough assessments for homeowners as required.
  • Evaluate the necessity for corrective action and lead investigations into root causes.
  • Coordinate and oversee service operations in collaboration with the Customer Care Coordinator.
  • Manage subcontractors to ensure timely completion of service requests, prioritizing customer satisfaction.
  • Foster and maintain positive relationships with clients.
  • Perform quality inspections of properties prior to client handover.
  • Assess accountability for costs related to service and manage payment approvals within set limits.
  • Ensure compliance with legal standards and manage workflow processes effectively.
  • Monitor and report on customer satisfaction metrics.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
  • A valid driver's license is essential for this role.
  • 1-3 years of experience in customer service and warranty management or a related field.
  • Strong customer service orientation with the ability to adapt to various personality types.
  • Emphasis on service quality and effective follow-up.
  • Basic knowledge of construction processes is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and listening abilities.
  • Proficient in managing warranty and customer service workflows.
  • Basic computer literacy is necessary.
  • Strong conflict resolution and cost management skills.
