About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our team in the USA market. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving business objectives and obtaining commercial targets within defined commercial accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively search for leads and generate sales to drive business growth
  • Utilize complex sales skills to guide prospects/clients through their purchasing decisions of Thomson Reuters products and services
  • Manage sales cycle from identifying prospects, working with internal teams to coordinate resources, and closing deals
  • Execute utilization of OneSource sales methodology
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers post-initial sale for upsell opportunities
  • Engage and build trusted relationships with Director, V, and C-level executives
  • Maintain regular cadence with management and update timely activities in CRM and other applicable systems
  • Meet/exceed quarterly and annual quota targets
  • Provide territory market and competitive information to Thomson Reuters for internal business decisions
About You

We're looking for a candidate with a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in sales, with 5+ years of experience in consultative sales, closing complex software and services sales, and maintaining customer satisfaction. Knowledge in accounting/tax acumen is a plus. You should have experience selling consulting/professional services engagements with a proven track record of balancing prospecting, existing customer sales, and upselling. You should also have experience creating accurate sales forecasts and reports to inform management's strategic decision-making.
