Job Summary:

We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for acquiring new business and expanding existing relationships with small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) in your assigned territory. You'll work closely with our sales team to develop and execute sales strategies, identify new business opportunities, and build strong relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new business and expand existing relationships with SMBs
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, cold-calling, and networking
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Work closely with our sales team to develop and execute sales strategies, share best practices, and stay up-to-date on industry trends
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales quota objectives, consistently delivering high-quality results
  • Stay organized and manage multiple sales opportunities, prioritizing tasks and deadlines to achieve business goals
Requirements:
  • 1+ years of experience in sales, preferably in a commissioned environment
  • Proven track record of success in acquiring new business and expanding existing relationships
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
