  • Operational Management:
    • Supervise daily treasury activities, including cash management, banking relationships, and transaction processing.
    • Enhance the company's global banking framework to reduce costs and improve operational effectiveness.
    • Lead the treasury team, fostering professional growth and providing mentorship.
  • Financial Analysis and Reporting:
    • Prepare and deliver comprehensive reports on treasury activities, financial risk exposures, and performance metrics to senior leadership.
    • Collaborate with finance and accounting departments to ensure precise and timely financial reporting related to treasury functions.
    • Oversee the assessment and adoption of treasury management systems and technology solutions to improve reporting and analytical capabilities.
  • Stakeholder Engagement:
    • Act as the primary liaison for banks, financial institutions, and external auditors concerning treasury issues.
    • Collaborate with the CFO and other departments to support strategic initiatives, including mergers and acquisitions and capital market transactions.
    • Represent the organization in discussions with rating agencies, investors, and other external parties.

Qualifications:

  • Education:
    • A Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related discipline is required. A Master's degree or MBA is preferred.
    • Professional certifications such as Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) are advantageous.
  • Experience:
    • 8 to 12 years of relevant experience in treasury or corporate finance, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership capacity.
    • Extensive background in managing global treasury operations, including cash management and risk assessment.
  • Technical Proficiency:
    • Comprehensive knowledge of treasury management systems and financial modeling tools.
    • Strong grasp of financial risk management techniques, including derivatives and hedging.
    • Ability to analyze complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
  • Leadership and Communication:
    • Demonstrated leadership capabilities with a track record of building and managing high-performing teams.
