Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and generate leads, schedule meetings, evaluate client needs, and promote suitable products/services.
  • Collaborate with the agent to define and meet marketing goals.
  • Exhibit a strong work ethic and pursue success consistently.
  • Foster lasting client relationships with the agency team.
  • Handle multiple phone lines efficiently.
  • Showcase outstanding multitasking abilities and professionalism.
  • Skilled in reading, writing, and navigating various computer systems.
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in sales/service is preferred (e.g., inside or outside sales, retail, telemarketing).
  • Committed to customer service and recognizing opportunities for client protection.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving sales objectives.
  • Able to build rapport with clients.
  • Must hold a Property & Casualty license.
Requirements:
  • Possess a valid Property and Casualty state insurance license.
  • Complete required training and agreements within the first two weeks of employment.
  • If not already licensed in Life and Health, pass the state exam within 60 days.
  • Prior experience in the insurance field is advantageous.
